Q. Are the passenger vans allowed out of the state of California? Q. Are your passenger vans allowed to cross the border into Mexico?
A. Our vans are not allowed to travel out of the state of California without prior approval. We do, however, allow travel to Las Vegas, Nevada, throughout California and also to Mexico.
A. Yes. you are allowed to travel to Mexico with our rental vehicles as long as you purchase additional insurance from us to cover the vehicle while in Mexico.
Q. How much does additional insurance cost to travel to Mexico?
A. Currently, the cost of Mexico insurance for sedans is $25 per day, minivans $35 per day, and 15 passenger vans is $45 per day.
Q. Can the seats be removed from the 15, 12 and/or 8-passenger vans?
A. No, the seats cannot be removed.
Q. What make and model are the 15, 12 and 8-passenger vans?
A. Our 15-pasenger vans are Ford E-350 XLT Super Duties. They are very powerful, durable, and reliable. Our 8-passenger vans are all Toyota Siennas. These vans are spacious, reliable, and very comfortable to drive
Q. Are there any mileage restrictions?
A. Yes. For one or two day rentals, we provide 150 free miles per rental day. For rentals 3 days or longer, there are
no mileage charges if vehicle is driven within the permitted geographical area.
Q. Do the vans have air conditioning and CD players?
A. Yes! All vans are equipped with front and rear air conditioning and they all have CD players for your enjoyment.
Q. Are there any age restrictions for drivers of 15, 12 and 8-passenger van rentals?
A. Yes. You must be at least 21 years of age to drive our vans. For those renters who are over 21 but under the age of 25, there is a $25.00 per day underage fee.
Q. How many additional drivers are allowed?
A. A total of three drivers are allowed per vehicle.
Q. Are there any charges for additional drivers?
A. No. We do not charge for additional drivers who are 25 years or older. Underage fees apply for drivers between the ages 21 and 25.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. For your convenience, we accept cash deposits, prepaid cards, debit cards, and all major credit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Please see our payment policy by clicking here
Q. Do you have one-way rentals?
A. Yes. We currently offer drop-off locations in California and Nevada. In California, we are conveniently located near San Jose, Oakland and San Francisco airports. In Nevada, our drop-off location is in Las Vegas, very close to the Las Vegas airport.
Q. Will you pick me up and/or drop me off at the airport?
A. Absolutely! We provide free transportation to and from the nearest airport.
Q. Do you have fast processing for large groups?
A. Definitely yes! Our clients love this! Just send us your information beforehand and we'll have everything READI. When you arrive at our office on the designated day, all you’ll have to do is show us your driver's license, sign and go!
Q. What are your business hours?
A. For your convenience, we are open for business 7 days a week, from 8:00 am-10:00 pm local time.
Q. Do you have after-hours drop off?
A. We sure do. During our business hours, we provide our customers with complementary shuttle service to and from the airport.
After hours drop-offs can be arranged at the rental counter.
